摘 要:针对BAJA赛车制动系统对制动稳定性和耐热性的更高要求,设计了一种前轴轮边制动、后轴轴制动的制动系统。通过对赛车制动系统的力学分析,计算制动力及制动力分配系数,三维建模制动盘、制动回路、油门及制动踏板等,校核制动盘制动强度,对瞬态热进行分析。通过2024年巴哈比赛的制动检测,验证了所设计制动系统的制动稳定性和易操纵性。In response to the higher requirements for braking stability and heat resistance of the BAJA racing car′s braking system,a braking systems with wheel-end braking on the front axle and axle braking on the rear axle were designed.Through mechanical analysis of the racing car′s braking system,the braking force and distribution coefficient were calculated.The brake disc,brake circuit,accelerator and brake pedal are three-dimensionally modeled.The braking strength of the brake disc was checked and the transient heat was analyzed.Through the braking test in the 2024 BAJA competition,the braking stability and maneuverability of the braking system were verified.
