摘  要:压气机是航空发动机和燃气轮机的核心部件,其性能直接影响整个系统的效率和稳定性。为此,研究了叶片表面粗糙度、叶顶间隙和叶片型面改变对压气机性能衰退的影响。通过建立压气机性能数学模型和影响因素数学模型,分析这三种因素导致压气机性能衰退的机理,并利用MATLAB软件编写代码建立叶片模型,进行仿真分析,验证理论分析的正确性,为压气机的设计优化和性能提升提供了一定参考。As the core component of aero engine and gas turbine,the performance of compressor directly affects the efficiency and stability of the whole system.Therefore,the effects of blade surface roughness,blade roof clearance and blade profile changes on the performance degradation of compressors were studied.By establishing the mathematical model of compressor performance and the mathematical model of influencing factors,the mechanism of compressor performance degradation caused by these three factors was analyzed in detail,and the blade model was established by writing code in MATLAB software,and the correctness of the theoretical analysis was verified.The research results provide a theoretical basis and reference for the design optimization and performance improvement of the compressor.
