摘　　要：伴中央颞区棘波儿童自限性癫痫(SeLECTS)为儿童期最常见特发性局灶性癫痫,具有自限性,脑电图表现为特征性中央颞区棘慢波放电;患儿常伴语言功能障碍,与脑结构和功能异常密切相关。本文就MRI研究SeLECTS语言功能进展进行综述。Self-limited epilepsy with centrotemporal spikes(SeLECTS)is the most common idiopathic focal epilepsy in childhood with self-limited course,characterized by centrotemporal spike-slow wave discharges on electroencephalography.Children with SeLECTS often experience language dysfunction,which is closely related to abnormalities in brain structure and function.The progresses of MRI researches of language function in children with SeLECTS were reviewed in this article.
