摘  要:夹持器卡瓦是煤矿井下钻机装卸钻杆的关键部件之一,目前夹持器卡瓦设计缺乏科学依据。采用正交法结合仿真分析探究卡瓦齿形对夹持能力的影响,对仿真结果开展极差分析以获取影响卡瓦夹持能力的主要因素,并开展卡瓦夹持钻杆实验测试不同结构卡瓦模型的夹持能力。结果表明:齿槽宽对卡瓦平均摩擦力的影响最大,齿形角对卡瓦平均摩擦力的影响最小,实验结果与仿真结果均显示13#卡瓦样件夹持能力最好,其参数为贴合角160°、齿槽宽2.4 mm、齿形角135°、齿面积22 mm^(2)、齿面长宽比1.7。研究结果可为钻机卡瓦设计提供参考。The clamper slip is one of the key components for loading and unloading drill pipes in underground coal mine drilling rig.Currently,the design of clamper slip lacks scientific basis.Using orthogonal method combined with simulation analysis to explore the influence of slip tooth shape on clamping ability,conducted range analysis on the simulation results to identify the main factors affecting the clamping ability of the slip,and conducted slip clamping drill pipe experiments to test the clamping ability of different structural slip models.The results show that the width of the tooth groove has the greatest impact on the average friction force of the slip,while the tooth profile angle has the smallest impact on the average friction force of the slip.Both experimental and simulation results show that the clamping ability of the 13#slip sample is the best.The parameters are fitting angle of 160°,tooth groove width of 2.4 mm,tooth profile angle of 135°,tooth area of 22 mm^(2),and tooth surface aspect ratio of 1.7.The research results can provide reference for the design of drilling rig slip.
