摘 要:随着国家对煤矿安全重视程度的不断攀升,煤矿安全监控系统的升级改造已成为行业发展的关键任务,矿用传感器作为该系统的核心要素,其需求量呈现出迅猛增长的态势。在智能制造的宏观战略背景下,传统的矿用传感器人工装配模式已难以满足高效、精准生产的要求,自动化装配的实现迫在眉睫。全面且深入地剖析了现有矿用传感器结构在自动化装配进程中所面临的诸多困境,创新性地提出以硬连接取代软连接、榫卯固定为主体的全新设计理念,并详细阐述了基于此的自动化装配实现方案,旨在有效攻克当前技术瓶颈,显著提升装配质量与效率,达成减人增效的目标,为矿用传感器自动化生产领域提供坚实的理论基石与具有实际操作性的实践指南。With the continuous increase in the national emphasis on coal mine safety,the upgrading of coal mine safety monitoring systems has become a crucial task in the development of the industry.As a core element of such systems,the demand for mine sensors is showing a rapid growth trend.In the context of the macro-strategic background of intelligent manufacturing,the traditional manual assembly mode of mine sensors can hardly meet the requirements of efficient and precise production,and the realization of automated assembly is extremely urgent.Comprehensively and deeply analyzed the numerous difficulties faced by the existing mine sensor structures in the process of automated assembly,innovatively proposed a brand-new design concept mainly based on replacing soft connections with hard connections and using mortise and tenon fixation,and elaborated in detail the automated assembly implementation plan based on this.It aims to effectively overcome the current technical bottlenecks,significantly improve the assembly quality and efficiency,achieve the goal of reducing manpower and increasing efficiency,and provide a solid theoretical foundation and practical operational guidelines for the field of mine sensor automated production.
