摘  要:通过使用SolidWorks,建立倾斜式螺旋输送机结构模型,利用EDEM软件对倾斜式螺旋输送机螺旋叶片磨损进行仿真分析,揭示螺旋叶片外侧向内测的磨损速率递减的不均匀磨损规律,分析产生的主要原因。提出了涂层螺旋叶片设计方法,通过在磨损速率快的区域增加耐磨层降低磨损失效速率。工业性试验结果表明,所设计的涂层螺旋叶片具有良好的减磨性能,提高了倾斜式螺旋输送机的使用寿命。By using SolidWorks,a structural model of an inclined screw conveyor was established,and EDEM software was used to simulate and analyze the wear of the spiral blades of the inclined screw conveyor.The uneven wear pattern of decreasing wear rate from the outer side to the inner side of the spiral blades was revealed,and the main causes were analyzed.A design method for coated spiral blades was proposed,which reduces the wear failure rate by adding a wear-resistant layer in areas with high wear rates.The industrial experimental results show that the designed coated spiral blades have good wear reduction performance,which improves the service life of the inclined screw conveyor.
