摘 要:在线学习力是数字时代大学生学习与发展的核心内驱力,亦是影响其在线学习质量的重要因素。针对某省高校大学生在线学习力的调查研究表明,大学生具备了基本的在线学习力,但整体水平有待提升,且各子维度呈现不均衡的发展特征;不同人口学变量下的大学生在线学习力存在显著差异;大学生在线学习力呈现“从发生到发展”的变化特征,驱动力到策应力、调节力、顺应力和互惠力均为正向促进关系路径。构建科学的在线学习力测评体系,在学习力发展的关键期加强教师对学生的在线学习指导,促进大学生在线自主深度学习,是有效提升大学生在线学习力的重要举措。Online learning power,a core driving force which is crucial for college students’learning and development,has become a significant influencing factor of the quality of online learning in the digital era.The investigation facing college students from a certain province indicates that col-lege students possess basic online learning power,but the overall level needs to be improved,and each sub-dimension exhibits characteristics of unbalanced development.There are significant differ-ences observed in the online learning power of college students in different demographic variables.The dynamic nature of college students’online learning power is characterized by stages ranging from“oc-currence”to“development”,and the driving force has a positive facilitative influence on the strategic force,regulatory force,resilience and reciprocity.The crucial measures to effectively promote college students’online learning power include establishing a scientific evaluation system of online learning power,enhancing teachers’online learning instruction to students in the key developmental stage,and promoting college students’independent and in-depth online learning.
