摘 要:为进一步缩短醛氨型水凝胶的成胶时间,提高其抑菌性能,本研究以葡聚糖基水凝胶(OQ)为基体,引入经过不同修饰的聚多巴胺纳米颗粒,采用“一锅法”制备了纳米粒增强型水凝胶.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、纳米粒度及Zeta电位仪和流变仪对绿色合成的纳米颗粒及纳米粒增强型水凝胶进行了表征.此外,还评估了该水凝胶的凝胶时间、溶胀率、流变性能和抗菌功效.结果表明,所制备的水凝胶具有立体的三维网络结构和均一的孔径分布,当引入0.4%的载姜黄素聚多巴胺银纳米粒时,(OCPA2)凝胶时间最短(1±1 min),且在流变测定中储能模量较高,为4 272.092 Pa,约为OQ(1 038.57 Pa)水凝胶的3倍,弹性性能较好.SEM图像显示,OCPA2孔隙率较高,显示出更加均匀的形态.抑菌研究表明,水凝胶与细菌共培养后,金黄色葡萄球菌的存活率为0.002 07%,大肠杆菌的存活率为0.001 24%,有望作为一种抑制伤口感染,防止伤口干结的创面修复敷料.In order to further shorten the gelation time of aldehyde-ammonia hydrogels and improve their bacteriostatic properties,nanoparticle-enhanced hydrogels were prepared by the one-pot method using dextran-based hydrogel(OQ)as the matrix and introducing polydopamine nanoparticles with different modifications.The green synthesized nanoparticles and nanoparticle-enhanced hydrogels were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),nanoparticle size and zeta potential instrument and rheometer.The hydrogels were also evaluated for gelation time,swelling rate,rheological properties and antimicrobial efficacy.The results showed that the prepared hydrogels had a three-dimensional network structure and homogeneous pore size distribution,and(OCPA2)had the shortest gelation time(1±1 min)when 0.04%curcumin-loaded polydopamine silver nanoparticles were introduced,and had a high energy storage modulus in rheological measurements,4272.092 Pa,which was about three times that of the OQ(1038.57 Pa)hydrogel,with a better elastic property.SEM images showed that OCPA2 had higher porosity and displayed a more homogeneous morphology.The antibacterial study showed that the survival rate of Staphylococcus aureus was 0.00207%and that of Escherichia coli was 0.00124%after co-culture of the hydrogel with bacteria,which is expected to be used as a wound repair dressing to inhibit wound infection and prevent wound dryness.
