摘　　要：共同决策作为一种医患治疗决策模型,在临床工作中的实施可以在诸多方面获益。但是,目前仍面临一些制约因素的限制,进而影响其积极作用的发挥,例如,患者的社会属性无法配合共同决策、当代医疗工作中的时间压力、现如今医患关系紧张,等等。因此,以提高医疗效果为目标,通过提高医务人员的共情能力、加强医患沟通和正确引导患者参与等方式,形成正确的医患共同决策的治疗模式,不仅可以提高患者就医就诊服务体验感,同时也是提高医务人员医学人文关怀能力的有益措施。Shared decision-making(SDM)is a therapeutic decision-making model that offers numerous benefits in clinical practice.However,there are still some limitations that affect its effectiveness,such as patients'social attributes limiting their ability to participate,time constraints in modern medical work,and the increasing tension in doctor-patient relationships.To enhance medical outcomes,it is essential to foster an effective SDM model by improving healthcare providers'empathy,strengthening doctor-patient communication,and guiding patients to participate appropriately.This approach not only enhances the patient experience,but also serves as a valuable strategy for improving medical professionals'humanistic care abilities.
