摘 要:针对无法准确预测分布式能源接入配电网功率及负荷,导致网损较高的问题,提出分布式能源接入配电网可中断负荷互动响应研究。计算风电电源出力的概率密度函数、光伏发电的概率密度函数,根据计算结果搭建多层负荷协同目标函数。通过负荷收敛的增广拉格朗日函数实现分布式接入配电网分解协调,分析可中断负荷不确定性。根据配电网负荷互动响应目标函数进行配电网负荷互动响应,并对负荷响应结果实施优化。实验结果表明,所提方法应用后,分布式能源接入配电网的网损降低了48.93%,具有较好的互动响应效果。Aiming at the problem of high network losses caused by the inability to accurately predict the predicted power and load of distributed energy access to distribution networks,a study on the interactive response of interruptible loads in distributed energy access to distribution networks is proposed.Calculate the probability density function of wind power output and photovoltaic power generation,and build a multilayer load coordination objective function based on the calculation results.Implementing distributed access distribution network decomposition and coordination through an augmented Lagrangian function for load convergence,and analyzing the uncertainty of interruptible loads.According to the objective function of distribution network load interaction response,carry out distribution network load interaction response and optimize the load response results.The experimental results show that after the application of the proposed method,the network loss of distributed energy access to the distribution network is reduced by 48.93%,and it has a good interactive response effect.
