摘 要:在当前绿色现代数智供应链体系建设背景下,数字化转型正步入一个崭新的发展阶段,电网工程甲供物资抵达现场后,缺乏有效线上管理。在此背景下,文章首先分析了现阶段公司基建物资的主要问题,通过构建基建物资全业务链条的线上数字化应用,利用“大云物移智”新技术,打通上下游、内外部相关业务环节,构建体系化、标准化、数字化、智慧化的物资全息、多维度信息贯通机制,促进以数据为载体的基建业务模式创新,做到“最小单元管控、最后一公里管控”,全面支撑基建物资数字化、精细化、智慧化管控。In the context of the current construction of a green,modern,digital,and intelligent supply chain system,digital transformation is entering a new stage of development.After the materials supplied by Party A for power grid projects arrive at the site,there is a lack of effective online management.Against this backdrop,this paper first analyzes the main issues with the company s infrastructure materials at the current stage.By building an online digital application for the entire business chain of infrastructure materials and leveraging new technologies such as big data,cloud computing,Internet of Things,mobile internet,and artificial intelligence,it connects upstream and downstream,internal and external related business links,and constructs a systematic,standardized,digital,and intelligent holographic and multi-dimensional information integration mechanism for materials.This promotes innovation in the infrastructure business model with data as the carrier,achieves“control at the smallest unit and control in the last mile”,and comprehensively supports digital,refined,and intelligent control of infrastructure materials.
