摘　　要：“三个世界”划分理论是以毛泽东为代表的中国共产党人坚持和推进马克思主义国际关系理论中国化时代化的经典范式,是中国特色国际关系理论的代表性成果。第二次世界大战结束后,国际格局发生深刻变化,毛泽东运用马克思主义国际关系理论剖析世界形势,提出“三个世界”划分理论,形成了对超级大国、第三世界和国际反帝反霸斗争的科学认知,揭示了两大阵营内部离心、民族主义国家崛起的世界多极化,向世界展现了中国视角下的战后国际格局。在这一理论的指引下,中国对外交往打开了新的发展空间,广大第三世界国家明确了反对国际霸权主义的斗争方向和策略,其中蕴含的科学方法论,对于新时代持续推进中国特色国际关系理论的创新发展具有重要启示和借鉴意义。The“Three Worlds”theory is a classic model of the sinicization and modernization of Marxist international relations theory by the Chinese Communists represented mainly by Mao Zedong.It is a representative achievement of international relations theory with Chinese characteristics.After the World War II,the international landscape underwent profound adjustments.Mao Zedong analyzed the global situation by using Marxist international relations theory and proposed the“Three Worlds”theory,which provided a scientific understanding of superpowers,the Third World,and the international anti-imperialist and antihegemonic struggle.It revealed the nascent multi-polarization within the two camps and the rise of nationalist states,presenting the post-war international landscape from a Chinese perspective.Guided by this theory,China's foreign relations have opened up new development space,and the vast number of Third World countries have clarified their direction and strategies for opposing international hegemonism.The scientific methodology contained within this theory holds significant implications and references for the continuous innovation and development of international relations theory with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
