摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术治疗对鼻前庭囊肿疗效及复发的影响.方法:选取2021年3月至2023年4月本院收治的105例鼻前庭囊肿患者作为研究对象.依据手术方案,将其分为观察组(n=54,接受鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术)和对照组(n=51,接受传统齿龈沟径路切除术).比较两组患者治愈率、临床相关指标、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、并发症及6个月复发率.结果:术后1、3周,观察组患者治愈率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者手术时长、伤口愈合天数、术腔上皮化时长及术后住院天数均短于对照组,术中失血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后6、12、24h,观察组患者VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者并发症总发生率、6个月复发率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术治疗鼻前庭囊肿的疗效显著,可促进囊肿恢复与治愈,降低术后疼痛程度、并发症发生率以及疾病复发率.Objective:To explore the effect of nasal endoscopic low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation therapy on the efficacy and recurrence of nasal vestibular cysts.Methods:A total of 105 patients with nasal vestibular cyst admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the surgical protocol,they were divided into observation group(n=54,received nasal endoscopic low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation)and control group(n=51,received traditional gingival sulcus resection).The cure rate,clinically relevant indicators,pain level[visual analogue scale(VAS)],complications and 6-month recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:At 1 and 3 weeks after surgery,the cure rates of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of operation,the number of days of wound healing,the duration of epithelialization and the number of days of postoperative hospitalization in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6,12 and 24 h after surgery,the VAS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and the 6-month recurrence rate in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation has significant efficacy in the treatment of nasal vestibular cysts,which can promote the recovery and healing of cysts,and reduce the degree of postoperative pain,complication rate and disease recurrence rate.
