运动疗法联合抗阻训练对儿童特发性脊柱侧弯康复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨运动疗法联合抗阻训练在儿童特发性脊柱侧弯康复中的应用效果.方法:选取2021年1月至2023年12月本院收治的86例特发性脊柱侧弯患儿作为研究对象.采用随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(n=43,实施运动疗法联合抗阻训练)与对照组(n=43,实施抗阻训练).康复治疗3个月后,比较两组患儿康复疗效、疼痛情况及Cobb角变化情况.结果:康复治疗3个月后,观察组患儿康复总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿视觉模拟疼痛评分法(VAS)评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿Cobb角均减小,且观察组小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在儿童特发性脊柱侧弯康复中联合应用运动疗法与抗阻训练的康复效果显著,可减轻患儿疼痛程度,且能够更为显著地改善侧弯程度.Objective:To explore the application effect of exercise therapy combined with resistance training in the rehabilitation of children with idiopathic scoliosis.Methods:A total of 86 children with idiopathic scoliosis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=43,received exercise therapy combined with resistance training)and control group(n=43,received resistance training)using a random number table method.After 3 months of rehabilitation treatment,the rehabilitation efficacy,pain and Cobb angle changes of the children of the two groups were compared.Results:After 3 months of rehabilitation treatment,the total effective rate of rehabilitation in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of both groups of children decreased,and observation group was lower than control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The Cobb angle decreased in both groups of children,and observation group was smaller than control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of exercise therapy and resistance training in the rehabilitation of idiopathic scoliosis in children has significant rehabilitation effects,can reduce the degree of pain in children,and can more significantly improve the degree of scoliosis.
