数字技术赋能城市社区养老服务优化路径研究

摘　　要：近年来,数字技术在社区养老中扮演着重要的角色,借数字技术之力,通过信息化、智能化等手段赋能社区养老,有助于提升社区养老服务效能。本文通过分析现有实践中数字技术在社区养老方面的运作模式,发现目前的实践中存在包括政策法律不完善、缺少专业人才、存在“数字鸿沟”现象等问题。基于此,文中从顶层设计与技术运行与行动者实践三方面提出优化路径,以助力提升社区养老服务能力,促进社区养老服务朝着精细化、智能化方向发展。In recent years,digital technology has played a significant role in community elderly care.Leveraging digital technology and empowering community elderly care through informatization and intelligentization help enhance the effectiveness of community elderly care services.By analyzing the operation modes of digital technology in community elderly care in current practices,we find that there are problems such as imperfect policies and laws,shortage of professionals,and the existence of the“digital divide”.Based on this,optimization paths are proposed from three aspects of top-level design,technology operation,and actor practice to improve community elderly care service capabilities and promote the development of community elderly care services in the direction of refinement and intelligence.
