企业集团财务共享服务中心构建的应用研究——以W集团公司为例

摘　　要：当下,财务共享信息化于大型企业集团里已被广泛运用。以W集团公司为案例展开,分析了构建财务共享服务中心构建的必要性及可行性,进一步探讨其实施路径的成功因素和存在问题。研究表明,财务共享信息化能够有力促进财务管理效率的提高,经营成本的降低,风险控制的增强等。给出恰当的基础参照以及理论指引,旨在为企业集团构建财务共享服务中心提供一定的帮助。Currently,financial sharing informatization has been widely used in large enterprise groups.Focused on the case of W Group Company,the necessity and feasibility of building a financial shared service center were analyzed,and the success factors and existing problems of its implementation path were further explored.The results show that financial sharing informatization can effectively promote the improvement of financial management efficiency,the reduction of operating costs,and the enhancement of risk control.Appropriate basic references and theoretical guidance are proposed to provide certain assistance for the construction of financial shared service centers in enterprise groups.
