克孜尔壁画“佛说香身骸骨缘”考

摘　　要：克孜尔石窟券顶菱格中有一类佛说法图,描绘世尊对一位王者说法。佛座下方有一身禅定骷髅。参考《鼻奈耶》,壁画内容可辨识为“佛说香身骸骨缘”。图像再现波斯匿王寻香,香身辟支佛遗骸示现,香气弥漫之景。In the diamond-shaped panels on the vaulted ceilings of the Kizil Caves there is a type of preaching scene depicted in which the Buddha is preaching to a king,while a skeleton sits in meditation below the throne of the Buddha.By referring to the Vinaya,the theme of these murals has been identified as the"Story of the Incense Skeleton."These paintings reproduce the scene of King Prasenajit seeking for the source of a miraculous fragrance;when the fragrant skeleton of the Pratyekabuddha is discovered,the palace is filled with a wonderful scent.
