摘　　要：胶质母细胞瘤是常见的原发性脑实质内恶性肿瘤,预后差,中位总生存期短,单独应用免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)治疗效果不明显。放射治疗可增强肿瘤细胞的免疫原性,与ICIs联合可增强ICIs的免疫反应,改善患者预后。本文就ICIs治疗胶质母细胞瘤、放射治疗诱导胶质母细胞瘤抗肿瘤免疫、放射治疗联合ICIs在胶质母细胞瘤治疗中的研究进展作一综述。Glioblastoma is a common primary intraparenchymal malignant tumor with poor prognosis and short median overall survival.The therapeutic effect of immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs) alone is not obvious.Radiotherapy can enhance the immunogenicity and can enhance the ICIs immune response when combined with ICIs so as to improve the prognosis.This paper reviews the research progress of ICIs,radiotherapy-induced glioblastoma anti-tumor immunity,and radiotherapy combined with ICIs in the treatment of glioblastoma.
