摘 要:半自磨机是磨矿作业的重要组成部分,其筒体衬板对磨矿效率和运行成本有重要影响。为了提升筒体衬板的使用寿命和设备运行效率,对不同材质及几何形状的筒体衬板进行了优化研究及工业试验。结果表明,CM2 hard硬质合金材质衬板相较于传统材质衬板,具有更高的耐磨性和抗冲击性,能够有效延长筒体衬板的使用寿命,减少因频繁更换衬板导致的停机时间和维护成本增加。通过离散元模拟分析1.0版、2.0版及3.0版筒体衬板的钢球抛落过程可知,随着筒体衬板结构的不断优化,钢球对衬板的直接冲击逐步降低。通过对比分析半自磨机在安装使用各版本筒体衬板的使用寿命和矿石处理数据可知,相较于改型前衬板,1.0版衬板的使用寿命延长了16 d,矿石处理能力提升了15%;2.0版进料衬板比1.0版处理能力提高了10%,2.0版出料衬板比1.0版处理能力提高了37%;3.0版进料衬板比2.0版处理能力提高了42%,使用寿命增长了25%,3.0版出料衬板比2.0版处理能力提高了9%,使用寿命增长了5%。这些优化措施在确保衬板使用寿命的同时,显著提升了半自磨机的运转率,并有效提高了矿石处理能力,最终帮助选矿厂实现了降本增效的目标。Semi-autogenous grinding(SAG)mills are a critical component of the grinding process,their shell liners significantly impact grinding efficiency and operational costs.To enhance the service life of shell liners and improve equipment operational efficiency,optimization research and industrial test are con⁃ducted on shell liners made from different materials and geometric shapes.The results indicate that CM2 hard alloy liners exhibit superior wear resistance and impact resistance compared to traditional materials,ef⁃fectively extending the service life of shell liners and reducing downtime and maintenance costs associated with frequent liner replacements.Discrete element simulation analysis of the ball trajectory for versions 1.0,2.0,and 3.0 shell liners revealed that continuous optimization of the liner structure progressively reduces di⁃rect ball impact on the liners.Comparative analysis of the service life and ore processing data of SAG mills equipped with different versions of shell liners showed that,compared to the pre-optimized liners,version 1.0 liners extended service life by 16 days and increased ore processing capacity by 15%.Version 2.0 feed end liners improved processing capacity by 10%compared to version 1.0,while discharge-end liners im⁃proved by 37%.Version 3.0 feed-end liners further enhanced processing capacity by 42%compared to ver⁃sion 2.0,with a 25%increase in service life,and discharge-end liners improved processing capacity by 9%with a 5%increase in service life.These optimization measures not only ensured the service life of the lin⁃ers,but also significantly improved the operational rate of the SAG mill and enhanced ore processing capaci⁃ty,ultimately helping the concentrator achieve its goals of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
