摘 要:为了得到电机的气动噪声数据在工程实际应用中的性能指标,现使用Computational Fluid Dynamics(简称CFD)软件多物理场耦合仿真模型,在额定转速1800 rpm下对某型号的开式牵引电机的气动噪声进行数值模拟仿真分析。通过对噪声贡献量的分析,确定风扇是气动噪声的主要声源。对比电机气动噪声试验结果数据后显示,在特征频率下的频谱都能对应,误差在合理范围内,在电机研发设计阶段,可以对电机的噪声进行仿真优化设计,缩短研发周期,提高生产效率,降低设备采购成本。In order to obtain the performance indicators of the aerodynamic noise data of the motor in practical engineering applications,this paper simulates and analyzes the aerodynamic noise values of a certain type of open-type traction motor with a rated speed of 1800rpm by multi-physics field coupling simulation model in Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)software.Through analyzing the noise contribution,it is determined that the fan is the main source of aerodynamic noise.After comparing the test data of the motor aerodynamic noise,it is shown that the frequency spectra at the characteristic frequencies can all be corresponded to,and the error is within a reasonable range.In the development and design stages of the motor,the noise of the motor can be simulated and optimally designed to shorten the development cycle,improve the production efficiency and reduce the procurement cost of equipment.
