摘　　要：机能学实验主要研究人、动物或离体器官的正常机能,以及疾病发生规律和药物干预机制,是联系基础与临床的桥梁课程,是培养学生综合知识能力和创新意识的重要环节。目前机能学实验多为验证性实验,缺乏创新性与整合性。转化医学是近年兴起的一种崭新的医学研究模式,促进了基础研究与临床应用的有机融合,以转化医学理念开展创新性机能学实验教学改革,在新医科发展的背景下有着必要性和可行性。文章根据教学实践,分析机能学实验教学现状,提出了“经典实验向创新性实验升华、科研成果向创新性实验转化、基于临床实践的机能学实验优化”等模式构建创新性机能学实验,分析开展创新性机能实验存在的问题,并提出解决思路,为进一步的教学改革提供参考。The functional experiment mainly studies the normal function of human,animal or isolated organs,as well as the pattern of disease occurrence and drug intervention mechanism.It is a bridge course linking basic and clinical,and an important part of cultivating students’comprehensive knowledge ability and innovation consciousness.At present,functional experiments are mostly confirmatory experiments,lacking innovation and integration.Translational medicine is a new medical research model emerging in recent years,which promotes the organic integration of basic research and clinical application.It is necessary and feasible to carry out innovative functional experimental teaching reform with the concept of translational medicine in the context of the development of new medical science.Based on the teaching practice,this paper analyzes the current situation of functional experimental teaching in,puts forward the model of“sublimation from classic experiment to innovative experiment,transformation of scientific research results to innovative experiment,optimization of functional experiment based on clinical practice”to build innovative functional experiment,analyzes the existing problems in carrying out innovative functional experiment,and puts forward solutions to provide references for further teaching reform.
