摘  要:深化高等学校创新创业教育改革,不仅是对传统教育模式的挑战,更是对高等教育功能的重新定位。在全球化、信息化和知识经济的时代背景下,培养创新型青年人才已成为建设创新型国家的核心战略,也是高校人才培养的主要任务。大学生作为国家的未来和希望,其科研素养和创新能力的水平直接关系到国家的创新能力和国际竞争力。因此,近年来,高校纷纷将大学生科研素养和创新能力的培养提升到战略高度,并在教学实践中不断探索和尝试。文章在分析培养大学生科研创新能力的必要性和现状的基础上,以滨州医学院药学院的《细胞生物学》课程教学为例,阐明如何在日常教学中与科研有效融合,通过序贯式的科研训练提升学生的创新能力,探索为社会培养出更多优秀的创新型人才的新模式。Deepening the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in colleges and universities is not only a challenge to the traditional education model,but also a repositioning of the function of higher education.Under the background of globalization,informationization and knowledge economy,training innovative young talents has become the core strategy of building an innovative country,and also the main task of college talent training.As the future and hope of a country,the level of university students’scientific research literacy and innovation ability is directly related to the country’s innovation ability and international competitiveness.Therefore,in recent years,colleges and universities have promoted the cultivation of college students’scientific research literacy and innovation ability to a strategic height,and continue to explore and try in teaching practice.Based on the analysis of the necessity and current situation of cultivating college students’scientific research innovation ability,this paper takes the teaching of cell biology in the School of Pharmacy,Binzhou Medical University as an example to illustrate how to effectively integrate daily teaching with scientific research,improve students’innovation ability through sequential scientific research training,and explore a new model of cultivating more outstanding innovative talents for the society.
