摘  要:目的探讨案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)结合标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)模拟实训模式在口腔护理实习生临床教学的应用效果。方法选取2021年7—12月、2022年7—12月在山东省口腔医院实习的73名口腔护理学生为研究对象,按照入院时间进行分组,2021年度的38名学生学生为对照组,采用传统带教模式,2022年度的35名学生为观察组,采用CBL教学法结合标准化病人模拟实训教学模式。采用理论考核和操作考核成绩及满意度问卷评价2组的教学效果。结果观察组理论考核成绩为(96.76±1.67)分,操作考核成绩为(95.60±1.13)分,均高于对照组[(93.58±3.55)分、(93.58±1.40)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。问卷调查结果显示,观察组在提高学习兴趣、增强人文关怀、提高临床实践能力、教学过程生动4方面的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔护理学生临床教学中应用CBL教学法结合SP模拟实训模式能有效提高学生的理论知识和操作技能的学习效果,且满意度较高。Objective Exploring the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with standardized patient(SP)simulation training mode in clinical teaching of oral nursing interns.Methods A total of 73 oral nursing students who interned at Shandong Stomatological Hospital from July to December 2021 and July to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects and grouped according to the time of admission.38 students in 2021 were used as the control group,and the traditional teaching mode was adopted.35 students in 2022 were used as the observation group,and CBL teaching method combined with standardized patient simulation training mode was adopted.Evaluate the teaching effectiveness of two groups using theoretical assessment,operational assessment,and satisfaction questionnaire.Results The theoretical assessment scores of the observation group were(96.76±1.67)points,and the operational assessment scores were(95.60±1.13)points,which were higher than those of the control group[(93.58±3.55)points,(93.58±1.40)poin t s],and the differ ences weres tatistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey results showed that the satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in these four terms of improving learning interest,enhancing humanistic care awareness,improving clinical practice ability,vivid teaching process,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL teaching method combined with standardized patient simulation training mode can effectively improve the learning effect of theory and operation skills of oral nursing students.
