模拟人在麻醉专业实习生血管活性药物模拟教学中的应用

摘  要:目的探讨模拟人在麻醉专业实习生血管活性药物教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年4―9月在贵州医科大学附属医院实习的20名。对照组采用理论教学结合病例讨论,观察组采用理论教学结合模拟人进行血管活性药物使用演练。在课程结束后对2组实习生进行理论和技能考试,并对所有实习生进行问卷调查,内容包括对教学内容、教学形式、教学体验以及教学效果的满意度。结果观察组实习生的理论考试成绩及技能考试成绩均高于对照组[(84.45±7.46)分vs.(77.20±9.44)分,(87.90±6.43)分vs.(73.60±6.31)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习生的各项满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用模拟人对麻醉专业实习生进行血管活性药物教学,可使实习生能够更好地掌握围手术期血管活性药物的选用,而且还提升了实习生对血管活性药物教学的满意度。Objective To explore the effectiveness of simulated human in teaching vasoactive drugs to anesthesia interns.Methods A total of 40 interns majoring in anesthesia who were interned in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from April to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 20 interns in each groups.The teaching model of the control group was theoretical teaching combined with case discussion,while the teaching model of the observation group was theoretical teaching combined with simulated human for vasoactive drug using exercise.After the course,the interns of both groups were given theoretical and skill examinations,and a questionnaire survey was conducted for all interns,which included their satisfaction with the teaching content,teaching format,teaching experience and teaching effectiveness.Results The theoretical examination and skills assessment scores of the interns in the experimental group were higher than those of the traditional teaching group[(84.45±7.46)points vs.(77.20±9.44)points,(87.90±6.43)points vs.(73.60±6.31)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of interns in experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of simulated human in the teaching of vasoactive drugs for anesthesia interns can enable interns to better master the selection of vasoactive drugs during the perioperative period,and also can improve interns’satisfaction with the teaching of vasoactive drugs.
