摘 要:《医学影像诊断学》是医学影像学的专业基础课程,涵盖人体解剖学、诊断学、内科学等重要学科。为了提升见习教学的达成度,提高学生的学习积极性和参与度,更好地培养学生临床思维和知识运用能力,文章针对传统教学的不足,以布鲁姆(BLOOM)教育目标分类理论为指导,探索小规模限制性在线课程(small private online course,SPOC)和BOPPPS[导言(bridgein,B)、学习目标(objective,O)、前测(pre-test,P)、参与式学习(participatory learning,P)、后测(post-test,P)和总结(summary,S)]教学模式相结合的线上线下混合教学模式,并通过授课满意度评价表对该教学模式进行效果评价,以期提高《医学影像诊断学》在见习中的教学效果及学生自主学习能力,同时提高教师教学水平,推动教育质量不断提升。Medical Imaging Diagnosis is a fundamental course in the field of medical imaging,closely related to subjects like anatomy,diagnostics,and internal medicine.To enhance the efficacy of internship teaching,boost students’motivation and active participation,and foster a deeper development of clinical reasoning and knowledge application,this article aim to refine the educational process,introduced a blended online and offline teaching model that integrates the small private online course(SPOC)and BOPPPS(bridge-in,objective,pretest,participatory learning,post-test,and summary)methodologies,guided by the principles of the BLOOM educational objective classification theory.This blended teaching model aims to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of Medical Imaging Diagnosis during internships and enhance students’self-learning abilities.The effectiveness of this teaching model is assessed through a teaching satisfaction evaluation form with the dual purpose of enhancing the teaching proficiency of instructors and continually advancing the overall quality of education.
