摘 要:人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)迭代迅速,目前已被广泛应用于临床医学、基础医学、教育学等领域。与传统的医学研究生教学模式不同,AI可以模拟医学环境,提供个性化学习,借助机器学习算法提高学习和科研效率,但使用AI作为工具教学同样面临诸多挑战和道德影响,包括剽窃、过度依赖、数据隐私和决策问责等风险问题。因此,培养医学生的批判性思维,AI与患者的有效沟通方式,充分考虑伦理原则显得至关重要。文章针对AI在医学科研领域应用现状、AI应用与医学研究生教育的现状、AI在医学教育中的应用、医学教育中AI的合理应用等方面进行分析和总结,提出建议方案,希望能够有效提高医学研究生对AI的认识并进行合理运用,以期实现AI工具的可持续发展和效益最大化。Artificial Intelligence(AI)is rapidly advancing and finding widespread applications across diverse domains,including clinical medicine,basic medical research,and education.In contrast to conventional graduate medical education models,AI demonstrates the capacity to simulate medical environments,offer personalized learning experiences,and enhance learning and research efficiency through machine learning algorithms.However,leveraging AI as an educational tool presents significant challenges and ethical considerations,including risks such as plagiarism,over-reliance,data privacy concerns,and decision-making accountability.Therefore,it is crucial to cultivate critical thinking among medical students,effective communication methods between AI and patients,and thorough consideration of ethical principles.This paper comprehensively analyzes and summarizes the current landscape of AI applications in medical research,its application in medical graduate education,considerations for its use in medical education,and reasonable applications of AI in medical education.This article aims to provide suggestions that can effectively to improve the medical graduate students’understanding of AI and reasonable use,thereby facilitating the sustainable development,and maximized benefits of AI tools.
