社区超声专业进修学员带教方法的探讨与研究

摘　　要：超声多普勒诊断仪是社区卫生服务中心普遍配备的影像学检查设备,能够提供详细的影像学信息,以帮助医生准确地诊断疾病,是社区全科医生最为依赖的快速有效的医学影像技术。超声检查还是社区健康体检的必检项目,因此无论在医疗方面还是在健康预防工作方面,超声检查都有重要的应用价值。然而目前的社区卫生服务中心的超声医生普遍存在专业基础差、专业能力不强的共性问题,到上级医院进行短期进修学习是最常被采用的提高专业能力和岗位胜任力的方法,同时也是继续医学教育重要的组成部分。文章通过对社区超声医生的实践带教工作进行总结分析,探讨如何从社区学员的需求出发,合理安排带教导师、有序安排带教日程,使教学方法得到有效运用,学员可以快速有效地实现进修学习的目的,提高自身的岗位胜任能力,使患者的疾病能够在社区层面得到初步诊断。文章旨在为提升社区超声专业进修教育的教学质量、有效培养基层超声专业人才提供可借鉴的路径和经验。Ultrasound Doppler diagnostic device is a commonly equipped imaging examination equipment in community health service centers,which can provide detailed imaging information to help doctors accurately diagnose diseases.It is the fast and effective medical imaging technology that community general practitioners rely on the most.Ultrasound examination i s also a necessary item f o r community health examination,so it has important application value in both medical treatment and health prevention work.However,there are common problems among ultrasound doctors in current community health service centers,such as poor professional foundation and weak professional abilities.Short term training in higherlevel hospitals is the most commonly used method to improve professional skills and job competence,and is also an important component of continuing medical educat ion.This ar t icle summar izes and analyzes the practical teaching work of community ultrasound doctors,and explores how to reasonably arrange teaching mentors and orderly arrange teaching schedules based on the needs of community students,so that teaching methods can be effectively applied.Students can quickly and effectively achieve their learning goals,improve their job competence,and enable patients’diseases to be preliminarily diagnosed at the community level.The article aims to provide a reference path and experience for improving the teaching quality of community ultrasound professional continuing education and effectively cultivating grassroots ultrasound professionals.
