摘  要:食品安全关系到人们的身体健康和生命安全,具有重要地位。做好食品监管,尤其针对食品包装和标识管理,显得尤为必要。文章指出食品监管中食品包装和标识管理的重要性,针对当前食品包装管理存在的包装材料问题与原因展开分析,并提出相应的食品监管策略,强调要建立健全食品监管的法律法规,升级食品包装和标识检测技术,督促食品企业使用安全的包装材料和包装工艺,同时通过应用智能技术,促进食品监管的智能化、信息化。Food safety is closely related to their physical health and safety,holding an extremely important position.It is particularly necessary to do a good job in food supervision,especially in terms of food packaging and labeling management.The article points out the importance and necessity of food packaging and labeling management in food regulation,and analyzes the packaging material problems and causes in current food packaging management,and puts forward the corresponding food supervision strategies,emphasizing the establishment of sound laws and regulations for food supervision,upgrade food packaging and labeling detection technology,urge food enterprises to use safe packaging materials and packaging processes,and promote the intelligence and informatization of food supervision through the application of intelligent technology.
