摘 要:本文阐述了食品生产许可审查的主要内容和现实意义,深入剖析食品生产许可现场核查主要难点,提出了加强法律法规培训与宣贯、提升核查人员专业能力、帮助企业合理规划硬件设施整改、强化文件记录审查技巧以及合理安排现场核查时间和流程的对策,旨在提高现场核查工作的质量与效率,保障食品安全。This article elaborates on the main contents and practical significance of food production license review,deeply analyzes the main difficulties of on-site verification of food production licenses,and proposes countermeasures such as strengthening legal and regulatory training and publicity,enhancing the professional ability of verification personnel,helping enterprises plan hardware facility rectification reasonably,strengthening document record review skills,and arranging on-site verification time and process reasonably,aiming to improve the quality and efficiency of on-site verification work and ensure food safety.
