摘  要:在食品供应网络日益繁杂以及对信息透明度要求愈来愈高的当下,射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)与区块链技术已在食品追溯和管理中扮演了至关重要的角色。RFID技术依靠其自动化的数据获取能力与即时监督功能,大幅提升了供应链的作业效率及数据的精确度,而区块链技术以其去中心化及数据不可更改的属性,为食品溯源和质量控制提供了一个可靠的保障机制。RFID与区块链技术的双重结合,有利于打造一个全程透明化的食品追踪体系,对于解决信息孤岛和数据篡改等问题极为关键。本文立足于食品供应链的现实要求,深入研究了这两项技术的融合应用,以期为加强食品安全监管和优化供应链提供参考。In the face of increasingly complex food supply networks and increasing requirements for transparency,radio frequency identification(RFID)and blockchain technology have played a crucial role in food traceability and management.RFID technology relies on its automated data acquisition capabilities and real-time supervision functions,which greatly improves the operational efficiency of the supply chain and the accuracy of data,while blockchain technology provides a reliable guarantee mechanism for food traceability and quality control with its decentralized and immutable data attributes.The dual combination of RFID and blockchain technology is conducive to creating a transparent food tracking system,which is extremely critical to solving problems such as information silos and data tampering.Based on the practical requirements of the food supply chain,this paper deeply studies the integrated application of these two technologies,in order to provide a reference for strengthening food safety supervision and optimizing the supply chain.
