摘  要:随着人们对食品安全重视程度的不断提高,食品质量控制愈发关键。食品快检技术作为一种高效、便捷的检测手段,在食品质量控制中发挥着重要作用。本文深入探讨了食品快检技术在食品质量控制中的应用,分析了常见的食品快检技术及其原理,阐述了其在食品生产、加工、流通等环节的应用,同时探讨了该技术在应用过程中面临的挑战及未来发展趋势,旨在为提升食品质量控制水平提供理论支持和实践参考。As people pay more and more attention to food safety,food quality control becomes more and more critical.As an efficient and convenient detection method,food rapid testing technology plays an important role in food quality control.This article deeply explores the application of food rapid testing technology in food quality control,analyzes common food rapid testing technologies and their principles,and explains its application in food production,processing,circulation and other links.At the same time,it discusses the challenges faced by this technology in the application process and its future development trends,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical reference for improving the level of food quality control.
