摘 要:水分含量是影响粮食储存、加工及品质的关键指标。电容式粮食水分检测仪和近红外谷物分析仪作为快速检测设备,广泛应用于粮食收购、入库等环节的水分检测工作中,具有快速、高效、操作简单等优点,但其准确度受使用条件影响显著。本文通过研究实验次数、粮食温度、开机预热时间等因素对检测结果的影响,以确定最佳检测条件。结果表明,实验次数为5次、粮食温度在20~25℃、设备预热20 min条件下的检测结果准确率高,有效降低了环境和人为因素的干扰。相关研究结果可为两种仪器的规范化使用提供理论依据,对提升粮食水分检测效率和保障粮食安全具有重要意义。Grain moisture content is a key index affecting storage,processing and quality.Capacitive grain moisture detector and near-infrared grain analyzer,as rapid detection equipment,are widely used in grain acquisition,storage and other aspects of moisture detection work,with the advantages of fast,efficient,simple operation,but their accuracy is significantly affected by the use of conditions.In this paper,the influence of experiment times,grain temperature,boot preheating time and other factors on the detection results was studied to determine the best detection conditions.The results show that the accuracy of detection results is high when the grain temperature is 20℃to 25℃and the equipment is preheated for 20 min,and the interference of environment and human factors is effectively reduced.The relevant research results can provide theoretical basis for the standardized use of the two instruments,and have important significance for improving the efficiency of grain moisture detection and ensuring food security.
