盐酸氟桂利嗪联合盐酸倍他司汀治疗脑血管痉挛性头痛的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 分析脑血管痉挛性头痛使用盐酸氟桂利嗪联合盐酸倍他司汀方案的疗效。方法 非随机选取2022年6月—2023年6月兰陵县人民医院收治的脑血管痉挛性疼痛患者84例为研究对象,按治疗方案分为两组,每组42例。基联组给予布洛芬联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,改联组给予盐酸倍他司汀联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗。比较两组疗效、疼痛程度、并发症发生率。结果 改联组治疗有效率为97.62%(41/42),高于基联组的80.95%(34/42),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.097,P<0.05)。治疗3、7、14 d后,改联组疼痛评分低于基联组,并发症发生率低于基联组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 盐酸氟桂利嗪联合盐酸倍他司汀治疗脑血管痉挛性头痛疗效明显,能够降低疼痛程度,控制病情发展,降低并发症发生风险。Objective To analyze the efficacy of the treatment plan of flunarizine hydrochloride combined with beta‐histine hydrochloride for cerebral vasospastic headache.Methods Eighty-four patients with cerebral vasospastic head‐ache admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to the treatment plan,with forty-two patients in each group.The basic association group was treated with ibuprofen combined with flunarizine hydrochloride,and the improvement joint group was treated with betahistine hydrochloride combined with flunarizine hydrochloride.The curative effects,pain levels,and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effective rate of the improvement joint group was 97.62%(41/42),which was higher than 80.95%(34/42)of the basic association group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.097,P<0.05).After 3,7,and 14 d of treatment,the pain scores of the improvement joint group were lower than those of the basic association group,the incidence of complica‐tions in the improvement joint group was lower than that in the basic association group,and the differences ware statis‐tically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of flunarizine hydrochloride and betahistine hydrochlo‐ride has an obvious therapeutic effect on cerebral vasospastic headache.It can reduce the pain level,control the devel‐opment of the disease,and reduce the risk of complications.
