评价凝血酶冻干粉联合注射用奥美拉唑钠治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床价值

摘　　要：目的 研究消化性溃疡出血患者接受凝血酶冻干粉联合注射用奥美拉唑钠治疗的临床价值。方法 非随机选取2022年1月—2024月1月就诊于赤峰市肿瘤医院的溃疡出血患者(80例),按照治疗方法不同分为联合组和比对组,每组40例。在基础治疗上,比对组予注射用奥美拉唑钠治疗;联合组在比对组给药同时加用凝血酶冻干粉治疗。比较两组凝血功能指标、疗效、止血时间、不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,联合组的凝血指标、止血时间均优于比对组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合组的总有效率为97.50%(39/40),高于比对组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05);两组不良反应相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 奥美拉唑与凝血酶联合治疗溃疡出血的疗效较好,显著改善患者的相关指标参数,止血用时更短,恢复理想且安全,推荐使用。Objective To study the clinical value of thrombin lyophilized powder combined with omeprazole sodium for injection in patients with peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods Eighty patients with peptic ulcer bleeding admitted to Chifeng Cancer Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were non-randomly selected,and divided by different treatment methods,with forty per group.On the basis of basic treatment,the comparison group was treated with omeprazole sodium for injection.The combined group was treated with thrombin freeze-dried powder at the same time as the comparison group.The coagulation function indexes,curative effect,hemostasis time and accurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The coagulation indexes and hemostasis time in combined group were better than the comparsion group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effec‐tive rate of the combined group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reac‐tions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of omeprazole sodium injection and thrombin ly‐ophilized powder can effectively improve the curative effect of ulcer bleeding,significantly improve the relevant index parameters of patients,shorten the hemostasis time,and restore the ideal and safe.It is recommended to use.
