摘  要:近年来,宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(tumor infiltrating lymphocytes, TILs)与瘤芽之间的研究成为肿瘤微环境领域的前沿课题,受到广泛关注。本文细评述了TILs在肿瘤微环境中的作用机制,分析了其与肿瘤细胞的交互作用模式。这些免疫细胞不仅通过直接的细胞毒性作用影响肿瘤细胞,还通过分泌细胞因子调节肿瘤微环境,相应地影响瘤芽的形成与发展。本文归纳了TILs与瘤芽在宫颈鳞状细胞癌进展中的协同效应,探讨了二者共同参与的免疫调控路径。同时,分析了将TILs和瘤芽作为联合靶点的研究前景,指出通过调节这两种病理指标的新型免疫治疗策略的潜力。针对性地调控TILs的浸润及瘤芽的形成,可能成为提高宫颈鳞状细胞癌治疗效果的重要方向。本研究旨在为未来深入探索TILs和瘤芽的作用机制及其在肿瘤治疗中的应用奠定了基础。In recent years,the research between tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs)and tumor buds in cervical squamous cell carcinoma has become a frontier topic in the field of tumor microenvironment and has received exten‐sive attention.In this paper,the mechanism of TILs in tumor microenvironment is reviewed in detail,and the interac‐tion mode between TILs and tumor cells is analyzed.These immune cells not only affect tumor cells through direct cy‐totoxic effects,but also regulate the tumor microenvironment by secreting cytokines,which correspondingly affects the formation and development of tumor buds.This article summarizes the synergistic effect of TILs and tumor buds in the progression of cervical squamous cell carcinoma,and explores the immune regulation pathway in which both partici‐pate.At the same time,the research prospects of using TILs and tumor buds as joint targets were analyzed,and the po‐tential of new immunotherapy strategies by regulating these two pathological indicators was pointed out.Targeted regu‐lation of TILs infiltration and tumor bud formation may be an important direction to improve the therapeutic effect of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.The summary of this study aims to lay a foundation for further exploration of the mechanism of TILs and tumor buds and their application in tumor treatment in the future.
