磺酰脲类降糖药+丁苯肽治疗缺血性脑卒中合并2型糖尿病对患者血糖水平的改善探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨磺酰脲类降糖药+丁苯肽治疗方案的应用对改善缺血性脑卒中合并2型糖尿病(type 2 dia⁃betes mellitus,T2DM)患者血糖水平的影响。方法选取2021年7月-2024年6月芜湖市第一人民医院收治的80例缺血性脑卒中合并T2DM患者,按不同治疗方案分组,每组40例。对照组进行丁苯酞+二甲双胍治疗,观察组进行丁苯肽联合磺酰脲类降糖药治疗,比较两组血糖指标、血脂指标、神经功能、功能障碍、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分、改良Rankin量表评分均比对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中合并T2DM患者应用磺酰脲类降糖药+丁苯肽治疗可发挥协同增效作用,有效改善患者的血糖、血脂水平,且不良反应无明显增加。Objective To investigate the effect of sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs+butylphthalide treatment on im-proving blood glucose levels in patients with ischemic stroke and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods From July 2021 to June 2024,80 patients with ischemic stroke complicated with T2DM in the First People's Hospital of Wuhu were selected and divided into groups according to different treatment regimens,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with butylphthalide+metformin,and the observation group was treated with bu-tylphthalide combined with sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs.The blood glucose index,blood lipid index,neurological function,dysfunction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treat-ment,the levels of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting blood glucose,total choles-terol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,National Institute of Health Stroke Scale score and Modified Rankin Scale score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs+butylphthalide in patients with ischemic stroke complicated with T2DM can play a synergistic role,effectively improve the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of patients,and there is no significant increase in adverse reactions.
