摘  要:对聚氯乙烯掺混树脂生产工艺、典型企业产品牌号以及产品降黏机理等进行了介绍。以行业内相同聚合度的典型均聚型掺混树脂样品为研究对象,分别对其常规质量指标、粒度、颗粒形貌、GPC、金属元素杂质、FT-IR、TGA等进行分析测试对比,并制备掺混增塑糊,分别对其降黏性能、凝胶化时间、光泽度和力学性能等进行研究对比。结果表明,国产掺混树脂颗粒形状、金属杂质含量、热分解后的不稳定结构等均不及进口产品,其参与制备的增塑糊拉伸强度更好,但在降黏性能、凝胶化时间等方面还有待提升。This paper introduces the production process of polyvinyl chloride blended resin,typical enterprise product grades,and the mechanism of product viscosity reduction.Taking typical homopolymer blended resin samples with the same degree of polymerization in the industry as the research object,the conventional quality indicators,particle size,particle morphology,GPC,metal element impurities,FT-IR,TGA,etc.,were analyzed and compared.Blended plasticizing pastes were also prepared,and their viscosity reduction performance,gelation time,gloss,and mechanical properties were studied and compared.The results show that the particle shape,metal impurity content,and unstable structures after thermal decomposition of domestic blended resins are not as good as those of imported products.The tensile strength of the plasticizing paste prepared with domestic blended resin is better,but its viscosity reduction performance and gelation time still need to be improved.
