摘　　要：近年来,国家人才队伍建设取得了明显成效,但仍面临着区域发展不平衡的挑战。与发达地区相比,欠发达地区人才队伍建设仍有明显短板,在吸引、培养、留住人才等方面尚显不足。文章通过分析欠发达地区人才队伍建设工作的问题和不足,借鉴国内外其他地区人才工作的先进经验,从强化政策支撑、拓宽引才渠道、加快载体建设、提升服务质效等方面提出对策建议,为欠发达地区寻找吸引、集聚人才的有效路径提供参考。In recent years,the construction of national talent team has achieved remarkable results,but it still faces the challenge of unbalanced regional development.Compared with developed areas,the construction of talent teams in underdeveloped areas still has obvious shortcomings,and it is still insufficient in attracting,training and retaining talents.By analyzing the problems and deficiencies of talent team construction in underdeveloped areas and drawing on advanced experience in talent work from other regions at home and abroad,suggestions are put forward from the aspects of strengthening policy support,broadening the channels of talent introduction,accelerating carrier construction,and improving service quality and efficiency,so as to provide reference for underdeveloped areas to find an effective way to attract and gather talents.
