摘　　要：教育强则国强。重点高校建设对于实现科技强国和人才强国战略具有关键性支撑作用。文章从重点高校的历史、现实和实践3个维度梳理了重点高校建设在不同时期的发展历程,分析了重点高校发展的现实逻辑,结合在新时代和百年未有之大变背景下,教育特别是高等教育对实现民族复兴的重要性,提出了重点高校建设的实践逻辑发展建议,旨在促进重点高校建设完善教育治理体系,统筹推进教育、科技、人才深度融合发展,推动高等教育高质量发展。A strong education system leads to a powerful country.The construction of key colleges and universities plays a crucial supporting role in achieving the strategies of a science and technology power and a talent power.This article summarizes the development process of key colleges and universities construction from historical,realistic and practical dimensions in different periods.It analyzes the realistic logic of the development of key colleges universities,in light of the importance of education,especially higher education,in achieving national rejuvenation of the nation under the background of the new era and the great changes unseen in a century,it puts forward suggestions for the practical logic development of key colleges and universities construction,the aim is to enhance the education governance system of key colleges and universities,improve the in-depth integrated development of education,science and technology,and talent in a coordinated manner,and promote the high-quality development of higher education.
