用户参与视角下短视频信息伦理治理路径研究

摘　　要：文章利用文献研究法简要概括短视频信息产生背景及相关理论,在此基础上使用问卷调查法调研短视频信息内容污染及治理现状,利用SPSS进行数据分析得出治理影响因素,主要包括短视频用户的伦理道德普及、平台宣传和法规制定。从传播主体层面提高短视频主体信息素养,与多方建立合作;从信息治理环境层面完善法律制定,改善短视频平台管理规范;从技术层面引导生产优质内容,提升技术标准化、规范化,多方共同为短视频信息环境贡献出自己的力量。The article uses literature research method to briefly summarize the background and related theories of short video information generation.Based on this,a questionnaire survey method is used to investigate the content pollution and governance status of short video information.SPSS is used for data analysis to identify the influencing factors of governance,mainly including the ethical and moral popularization of short video users,platform promotion,and regulatory formulation.Improve the information literacy of short video subjects from the perspective of communication subjects and establish cooperation with multiple parties;improve the formulation of laws from the perspective of information governance environment and improve the management standards of short video platforms;guide the production of high-quality content from a technical perspective,enhance technical standardization and normalization,and contribute to the short video information environment through joint efforts from multiple parties.
