摘　　要：目的探讨INOS、VEGF及EGFR蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法收集九江学院附属医院病理诊断为乳腺癌的病例124例,以肿瘤组织为实验组,收集同期诊断为腺病的病变15例为对照组,采用免疫组化染色方法检查INOS、VEGF及EGFR蛋白的表达情况,分析其与临床病理参数之间的相关性。结果实验组年龄32~86岁,平均年龄53岁。124例中组织学分级Ⅰ级10例,Ⅱ级81例,Ⅲ级33例,VEGF蛋白的阳性率为38.7%,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05),并且EGFR蛋白表达在不同组织学分级中存在差异(p<0.05)。与对照组相比INOS的表达差异无统计学意义,但其在实验组的阳性表达率(6.5%)明显高于对照组(0%)。并且INOS与VEGF及EGFR蛋白表达存在相关性。结论INOS与VEGF及EGFR蛋白的表达正相关,提示三者在乳腺癌的发生与发展过程中也许存在协同作用。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of INOS,VEGF and EGFR proteins in breast cancer.Method A total of 124 cases of breast cancer tissues were collected from Jiujiang University Affiliated Hospital,and 15 cases of adenosis were collected as the control group.The expressions of INOS,VEGF and EGFR proteins were detected by immunohistochemical staining,and their correlations with clinicopathological parameters were analyzed.Result The age of the experimental group ranged from 32 to 86 years,with an average age of 53 years.There were 10 cases of gradeⅠ,81 cases of gradeⅡand 33 cases of gradeⅢ.The positive rate of VEGF protein was 38.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.05),and EGFR protein expression was different in different histological grades(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of INOS between the experimental group and the control group,but the positive expression rate of inos in the experimental group(6.5%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(0%).The expression of INOS was correlated with VEGF and EGFR protein.Conclusion The expression of INOS was positively correlated with VEGF and EGFR,suggesting that they might have a synergistic effect in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.
