镜头模组点胶量影响因素分析与精确控制系统研究

摘  要:时间-压力型点胶的出胶量会受到点胶时间、胶水温度、点胶气压和胶水余量的影响,最终会影响到镜头模组的点胶质量。为精确控制出胶量,保证点胶质量,根据镜头模组的点胶需求设计了点胶装置,分析了点胶时间、胶水温度、点胶气压和胶水余量等因素对该系统出胶量的影响,并利用实验确定了主次影响因素,建立了各因素与出胶量的多项式模型,利用鲸鱼优化算法确定了多项式模型的系数,进而获得精确的出胶量预测模型,并将出胶量的变化转换成点胶时间的变化,设计了精确控制模型,实现了出胶量的精确补偿和稳定控制,出胶量控制精度约为98%。The dispensing volume of time-pressure type dispensing is influenced by dispensing time,glue temperature,dispensing pressure and glue residue,which ultimately affects the dispensing quality of lens modules.To ensure the dispensing quality,a dispensing device is designed according to the dispensing requirements of lens modules,the influence of factors are analyzed such as dispensing time,glue temperature,dispensing pressure and glue residue on the dispensing volume of the system,the primary and secondary influencing factors are identified through experiments,a polynomial model of the relationship between these factors and the dispensing volume is established,the coefficients of the polynomial model is determined using the whale optimization algorithm,and thus an accurate dispensing volume prediction model is obtained.The changes in dispensing volume are converted into changes in dispensing time,and a precise control model is designed to achieve accurate compensation and stable control of the dispensing volume,keeping the dispensing accuracy to about 98%.
