摘  要:由于近年新能源乘用车的持续走俏,市场对轮毂的需求也越来越大,对轮毂的外形、性能、轮毂的加工制作等方面提出了更高的、个性化的要求。为此,基于MES (Manufacturing Execution System)系统研究了帮助企业自动整合多项复杂数据,实现轮毂零部件生产柔性化,提高效率,帮助制造企业节约成本的自动化生产管理系统。借助西门子PLC1200,TIA Portal和模块化柔性生产单元对仓储单元、打磨单元和分拣单元等进行编程设计,同时利用WinCC进行人机界面设计,包括用户登录、订单界面、监控界面、手动控制界面等,使系统能够全流程自动执行,最终实现了轮毂零件的定制生产、数据监测和人工控制等。通过实验验证,该系统能够顺利的实现轮毂零件的柔性化生产及数据采集、监控等,提高了轮毂生产的自动化水平。Due to the continuous popularity of new energy passenger vehicles in recent years,the market demand for wheels is also increasing,and higher and personalized requirements have been put forward for the appearance,performance,processing and production of wheels.Therefore,based on the MES(Manufacturing Execution System),the automatic production management system is studied,which helps enterprises to automatically integrate a number of complex data,achieve flexible production of wheel parts,improve efficiency,and help manufacturing enterprises save costs.With Siemens PLC1200,TIA Portal and modular flexible production unit,the storage unit,grinding unit and sorting unit are programmed and designed,while WinCC is used to design man-machine interface,including user login,order interface,monitoring interface,manual control interface,etc.The system can execute the whole process automatically,and finally realize the customized production,data monitoring and manual control of wheel hub parts.The experimental results show that the system can realize the flexible production of wheel hub parts,data acquisition and monitoring,and improve the automation level of wheel hub production.
