摘 要:目的探讨孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)患儿的门诊康复健康教育干预效果。方法选取2022年5月—2023年12月期间某院收治的4~8岁ASD患儿84例作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各42例。观察组采用门诊康复健康教育干预,对照组采取一般常规健康教育。采用儿童孤独症评定量表(Childhood Autism Rating Scale,CARS)和孤独症治疗评估表(Autism treatment evaluation checklist,ATEC)评分比较,并分析两组患儿的干预效果。结果干预12周后,观察组总有效率达到83.33%,明显高于对照组的52.38%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的CARS和ATEC评分在4周、12周时明显低于干预前;重复测量资料的方差分析结果显示,干预的主效应均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊康复健康教育干预可有效改善儿童ASD状态,干预效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation health education intervention on children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods A total of 84 cases of children with ASD aged 4-8 years in a hospital from May 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 42 cases in each group.The observation group received outpatient rehabilitation health education intervention,while the control group received general routine health education.The Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)and Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist(ATEC)were used to compare and analyze the intervention effect of the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33%,which was significantly higher than 52.38%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CARS and ATEC scores of the observation group were significantly lower than before the intervention at 4 and 12 weeks,and the analysis of variance of repeated measures data showed that the main effects of the intervention were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Outpatient rehabilitation health education intervention can effectively improve the status of children with ASD,and the intervention effect is significant,which is worthy of promotion.
