摘　　要：本研究以零碳为导向,深入探究绿色建筑与建筑科技融合的创新策略。以苏州市昆山高新区某代表性教育工程为案例,研究绿色低碳技术策略,涵盖节能建筑设计、环保材料应用、可再生能源利用、水资源循环利用及智能化管理等方面,生动展现绿色科技的融合与创新应用,深刻揭示绿色科技对教育工程项目绿色转型的关键作用,为同类型项目提供宝贵的参考。This study is guided by the goal of zero carbon emissions and delves into innovative strategies for integrating Green Building and construction technology.Taking a representative educational project in Kunshan High-tech Zone as a case study,it explores green and low-carbon technological strategies,encompassing aspects such as energy-efficient building design,application of environmentally friendly materials,utilization of renewable energy,water resource recycling,and intelligent management.It vividly demonstrates the integration and innovative application of green technology,highlighting its crucial role in the green transformation of educational building projects and providing valuable references for similar projects.
