摘 要:为回收利用羽绒纤维,以还原法提取羽绒角蛋白的粉末为原料,以卡拉胶和魔芋胶为增强改性材料,通过冷冻干燥法制备出三元复合气凝胶并将其用于吸附水溶液中的亚甲基蓝,并对其结构、形貌、力学性能及热稳定性能进行分析。通过对气凝胶吸附亚甲基蓝的动力学特征研究,得到不同气凝胶的吸附速率等参数。结果表明:羽绒角蛋白共混气凝胶吸附亚甲基蓝的最佳条件为pH值8、温度25℃、时间200 min。吸附过程更符合准二级动力学模型,在最佳吸附条件下,角蛋白复合气凝胶理论最大吸附效率为96.2%。To recycle down feather fibers,down plumule powder extracted by reduction method was used as the raw material,with carrageenan and konjac glucomannan as enhancing modification materials.A ternary composite aerogel with high adsorption rate and environmentally friendly properties was prepared via freeze-drying method,and its structure,morphology,mechanical properties and thermal stability were analyzed.The kinetic characteristics of methylene blue adsorption by the aerogel were studied to determine the adsorption rate and other parameters.The results show that the optimal adsorption conditions for the mixed aerogel containing feather plumule protein are pH value is 8,T is 25 ℃,and t is 200 min.The adsorption process follows pseudo-second-order kinetics model,and under the optimal conditions,the theoretical maximum adsorption efficiency of the protein composite aerogel is 96.2%.
