摘 要:采用炉渣、熟石灰与聚羧酸减水剂固化、粒化处理淤泥质渣土,实现淤泥质渣土高强度造粒,分析了炉渣及减水剂掺量、养护时间对渣土颗粒生成物与颗粒强度特性影响。研究发现,炉渣与熟石灰发生水化反应,产物为C-S-H、C-A-S-H等无定形凝胶,对粒化颗粒起到胶结作用,并填充颗粒间孔隙,从而提高粒化土体的颗粒强度;适量聚羧酸减水剂的加入能明显提高颗粒的密实度。复合固化剂固化淤泥质渣土颗粒具有早强特点,养护7 d颗粒破碎强度最高可达到2.00 MPa。Uses slag,hydrated lime,and polycarboxylate water-reducing agent to solidify and granulate silty clay,achieving high-strength granulation of silty clay.The effects of the dosages of slag and water-reducing agent,as well as the curing time,on the products of the clay particles and the strength characteristics of the particles were analyzed.The experimental study shows that the slag and hydrated lime undergo a hydration reaction,and the products are amorphous gels such as C-S-H and C-A-S-H.These gels play a cementing role on the granulated particles and fill the pores between the particles,thus increasing the strength of the granulated soil particles.At the same time,the addition of an appropriate amount of polycarboxylate water-reducing agent can significantly improve the compactness of the particles.In addition,the solidified clay particles have the characteristic of early strength.The maximum strength can reach 2.0 MPa after 7-day curing.
