摘　　要：随着全球经济竞争日益激烈和国内经济转型升级的迫切需求,发展科技型中小企业成为吉林省经济发展的重要战略。通过梳理、收集相关文献和统计数据,分析吉林省科技型中小企业相关的金融政策内容和实施情况,以及其对吉林省科技型中小企业发展的影响。同时,通过评估吉林省科技型中小企业政策实施成效,并对比借鉴北京市相关政策经验,为政府和企业提供政策改进和创新的实施建议,推动吉林省科技型中小企业可持续发展。With the increasingly fierce global economic competition and the urgent need of domestic eco-nomic transformation and upgrading,the development of tech SMEs has become an important strategy for the economic development of Jilin Province.Organize and collect relevant literature and statistical data,an-alyze the content and implementation of financial policies related to tech SMEs in Jilin Province,as well as their impact on the development of tech SMEs in Jilin Province.At the same time,by evaluating the im-plementation effect of tech SMEs in Jilin Province,and comparing the relevant policy experience of Bei-jing,the government and enterprises to provide suggestions for policy improvement and innovation,to pro-mote the sustainable development of tech SMEs in Jilin Province.
