摘　　要：在全球科技竞争日益激烈的背景下,国家的发展和进步越来越依赖于高素质创新型人才的培养。高校作为人才培养的重要阵地,肩负着为国家培养拔尖创新人才的重任。然而,仅靠专业知识和技能的培养已不足以应对新时代的挑战,科学家精神的传承和弘扬显得尤为重要。高校要将科学家精神融入拔尖创新人才的思政教育之中,培养具有社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才,为国家的科技创新提供坚实的人才保障。In the context of increasingly fierce global competition in science and technology,the development and progress of a country increasingly depends on the cultivation of high-quality innovative talents.As an important position of talent training,colleges and universities shoulder the heavy responsibility of training top-notch innovative talents for the country.However,the cultivation of professional knowledge and skills alone is not enough to meet the challenges of the new era,and the inheritance and promotion of the scientist spirit is particularly important.Colleges and universities should integrate the spirit of scientists into the ideological and political education of top-notch innovative talents,cultivate high-quality talents with a sense of social responsibility,innovative spirit and practical ability,and provide a solid talent guarantee for the national scientific and technological innovation.
