摘　　要：国际法课程教学创新面临诸多困难,以“法学+影视艺术学”新文科理念为指导,探索国际法课程教学创新路径具有现实意义和理论意义。实践层面,“两个大局”给国际法教育提出新的挑战,“欧洲中心主义”式教学不利于拓展中国式现代化国际法治的发展空间,这些都给国际法教育生态带来挑战,而影视作品的应用为变革提供新路径。因此,通过习近平法治思想融入常态化、实现师资队伍协同化、教学方法多元化、教学资源拓展化、推进评价体系立体化等方面,旨在构建一条理论与实践相结合、知识传授与价值引领相统一、学生主体性与教师引导性相协调的创新教学路径。The innovation of international law teaching faces challenges.Guided by the“law+film and televi-sion arts”new liberal arts concept,exploring innovative teaching paths has both practical and theoretical signifi-cance.In practice,the two major contexts present new demands for international law education,while Eurocentric approaches hinder China’s modernization in global legal governance.These challenges necessitate transformative solutions,with film integration offering new possibilities.By institutionalizing Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,fostering interdisciplinary teaching teams,diversifying methodologies,expanding resources,and establishing multi-dimensional evaluation systems,we aim to create an innovative teaching model that integrates theory with practice,knowledge with values,and student autonomy with teacher guidance.
